SCATE APPS Privacy Policy

Scate Apps develops and markets Mobile Apps. This Privacy Policy was executed by and between Scate Apps (“Scate Apps”) as the “Data Controller” and you. This Privacy Policy explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you use Scate Apps’ Apps (referred to as “Apps”). “Personal data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Processing” means any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, use, and disclosure. Our Privacy Policy applies to all users who access our Apps.

Information We Process

When you use our Apps, we collect the following categories of information:

1. Personal Data You Provide

Contact information (e.g., email address).
User-generated content (e.g., comments, feedback).

2. Automatically Collected Data

Device information (e.g., device identifiers, operating system, model).
Usage data (e.g., in-app interactions, time spent playing).
Location data (e.g., IP address).
Cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, log files).

Face Data

Our apps do not collect or store biometric identifiers or facial recognition data. Our app processes images uploaded by users, which may include faces. We do not collect, store, or use biometric identifiers or facial recognition data (such as facial geometry or identity data), and the app does not identify or authenticate individuals.

Face data is used only to generate videos or visual content based on user-provided images and is not used for tracking, profiling, or identification purposes.

We do not share face data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. User-uploaded images may be temporarily processed by trusted service providers solely to operate the app. These providers process data on our behalf, do not retain it, and delete it after processing.

All data is retained only as long as necessary and is deleted within 30 days, unless a deletion request is made earlier. Users can request deletion at any time by contacting support@scateapps.com.

AI Services

Some of our Apps offer features powered by artificial intelligence. To provide them, content you submit to that feature is sent through our servers to AI service providers. Depending on the App, this may be text you type, what you say (converted to text on your device), the name you give, or images you upload. Your voice recordings are not sent. The providers process this data only to generate the result you asked for and return it to the App; it is not used for advertising, profiling or to identify you. Each App tells you what it sends and to whom, and asks for your permission before it sends anything for the first time.

OpenAI, L.L.C.
Features & Labels Inc. (fal.ai)
Eachlabs Inc.

These providers process data on our behalf under terms that give it the same or equal protection as this Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete this data at any time at support@scateapps.com, or from the App's settings where available.
